Maison & Mer Shipping Policy
At Maison & Mer, each order is hand-packed with precision and care. We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States that meet the minimum purchase threshold, ensuring a seamless and elevated delivery experience from purchase to arrival.
PO Box Shipping Policy
Maison & Mer ships to P.O. Box addresses within the United States. However, shipments to P.O. Boxes are delivered via the postal service and are considered complete once marked as delivered by the carrier. Maison & Mer is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or misdelivery after an order has been confirmed as delivered to a P.O. Box.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or third-party freight forwarding services. Customers choosing to ship to a P.O. Box acknowledge that they are opting out of delivery to a residential or verifiable commercial address and assume all associated risk upon delivery confirmation.
Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Rush and expedited shipping options may be available and are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, ensuring your order is prepared with care and priority.

On occasion orders may need to be shipped in multiple shipments. When this occurs you will receive separate tracking number for each individual shipment .

During promotional events, peak seasons, or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly extended.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships.
All orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (standard business hours), excluding weekends and observed holidays. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure accuracy and quality prior to shipment.
Customer support inquiries are handled during standard business hours. While we strive to respond as promptly as possible, please allow up to 24 hours for a response to all email and support requests.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within one hour of purchase, provided they have not entered the fulfillment process. Once an order begins processing including product selection, packaging, or preparation for dispatch it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
If you choose not to keep your item once it has been delivered, you may return it at your own expense. All returns must arrive in unused, original condition in accordance with our guidelines. A flat $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, materials, and quality control.
Please note that shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable once an order has entered processing.

Standard Shipping (Free) when minimum threshold is met.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders that meet the stated minimum purchase threshold. Standard shipping is offered within the continental United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee to accommodate elevated carrier costs and are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the time of fulfillment. -
Expedited Shipping
For customers requiring faster delivery, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and selected carrier service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Maison & Mer is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Expedited or Rush shipping at checkout. Compensation will not be provided for carrier delays under any circumstances.
All shipments include tracking and are shipped via trusted carriers.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We are unable to ship Internationally at this time.
Carrier Delays

Maison & Mer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Maison & Mer is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
