To ensure prompt delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may not arrive on the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each item is on its way.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally recognized U.S. holidays.

We currently ship only within the United States as of this moment.

Orders placed for delivery to Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees. Our team will contact you after your order is placed to confirm and approve any applicable charges.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Alaska at this time.

Delivery
At Maison and Mer, we take great care in ensuring your order is handled with precision and elegance. In-stock items are typically processed within 2–3 business days, though multiple large orders may take up to 5 days to ship depending on the item and availability.
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance to provide you with peace of mind and full visibility every step of the way. Deliveries are handled through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your purchase arrives safely and promptly.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
Unauthorized refusals of deliveries will result in the full shipping charges being applied to the customer. A restocking fee may also apply.
If a delivery is refused upon arrival, you will be responsible for both the original delivery cost and the cost to return the item. Any applicable refund will be issued minus those delivery and return fees.
