Shipping Policy

At Maison & Mer, each order is hand-packed with precision and care. We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States, ensuring a refined delivery experience from start to finish.

Physical Address Required

Maison and Mer does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required at checkout, as many of our shipping partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Due to the high-value and delicate nature of our items, this policy ensures secure, trackable delivery to your door.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Rush and expedited shipping options are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, ensuring your order is prepared with care and priority.

  •  On occasion orders may need to be shipped in multiple shipments. When this occurs you will receive separate tracking number for each individual shipment .

  • During promotional events, peak seasons, or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly extended.

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free):
    We currently offer delivery within the United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to these regions will incur a flat shipping fee of $12.95 to accommodate elevated carrier rates and be delivered typically within     5–10 business days from the time of fulfillment.

  • Expedited Shipping (Nominal Fee):
    If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout for a small additional fee. Delivery times vary by location and carrier service selected.Shipping Disclaimer

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Maison & Mer is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Expedited or Rush shipping at checkout. Compensation will not be provided for carrier delays under any circumstances.

All shipments include tracking and are shipped via trusted carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We are unable to ship Internationally at this time.

Carrier Delays 

  • Maison & Mer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Maison & Mer is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure, attended address whenever possible.
